Subject: "Vegetable Soup"
When I was a kid there was a cool variety show called "Vegetable Soup". The show started off with a segment called "Outerscope 1",a puppet animation segment about a group of kids that traveled the universe in a spaceship make of junk. The show also featured a recipe segment featuring the voice of Bette Midler as Woody The Wooden Spoon. In the 80's the show was brought back as "Vegetable Soup 2" and started off with (you guessed it) "Outerscope 2". Does anyone else remember these shows?

How could I forget that show? It was on my mind this past week. Does anyone knows if any channel in America carries that show today? I can't the theme song off my mind.

i saw a portion of it on "Noggin" a year ago. it's a new channel that has nothing but kids shows, new & old. i saw it while visiting my Mom in Ohio. blew my mind.
i believe Direct TV carries it, as well as some cable companies. mine doesn't.
great channel if you can get it. 70's episodes of Sesame St, Electric Company, etc. pretty cool.
