Subject: Unkown Star
I was wondering if anyone knows who this actor from the mid 70's is?
I can't place him on any particular show, but he always played the villian in cop shows. And he may have been in other shows like Love Boat, Fantasy Island, etc. He is very short and heavy set, had long blond hair (light blonde) and whore glasses. I seem to remember him either making an attempt at a singing career or played a singer on a show. I know this isn't a very good description but this is all i have to go on.
I appreciate any clues as to what his name might be.
