Well, I definitely remember The New Zoo Review, but the other, do you mean Sigmund the Sea Monster? If so, I went to altavista.com and typed that name in and got quite a few finds. You might want to try the same with New Zoo Review as well. Or, you can try a search for Sid and Marty Krofft (they did Sigmunds show). Good luck!
