Subject: Google Peanut Butter
I loved this as a kid. I've told people about this magic peanut butter my friends mom would get us for lunch. Does anyone know who made it? Or have a empty jar around?

That stuff was great! I seem to remember a chocolate variety. What other flavors were there?
All I can remember is that it was really good.
Subject: It's KOOGLE: link to picutes
After I posted this I decided to look around for info on our favorite peanut butter. I found the following page that has a picture of an empty jar and the top of the lid (which lists the ingredients).
Yes, it is named Koogle, with a "K". Perhaps it was marketed under another name on the West coast or perhaps our memories have syncretised it with the "Goober" peanut butter/jelly product. I remember back then that I used to call it "Google" and "Koogle".
It was made by Kraft.
The link is to a site dedicated to food packaging. Look for "Koogle" and enjoy the memories!
Subject: Link to PICTURES of Koogle jar
Okay . . . in my zeal to find out the correct spelling (Google or Koogle) I ended up spelling "pictures" wrong . . .
So, that's "pictures" not "picutes" (whatever they may be).

Subject: KOOGLE: The OTHER flavor
I remember one other flavor of Koogle besides Chocolate . . . Banana! I believe that the chocolate one came in a jar with a red lid and the banana one came in a jar with a yellow lid. The chocolate Koogle was, of course, brown. I believe that the banana Koogle was the same color as regular peanut butter (perhaps a little lighter).
Anyone else remember any other flavors?
