Subject: Marathon Bars
Hey, anybody remember those wonderful marathon bars? Just delicious braided caramel coated with chocolate. I STILL crave those things to this very day & I bet I haven't had one in at least 20 yrs. Do you think maybe some kind of petition to the makers of Marathon Bar (I don't remember who that is, so if somebody reading this does, please let me know) would possibly get them to start making those again. Wow, those things were incredible. They don't make candy like that (or oompa loompas) anymore. xxoo-viv

I thought they still made them but changed the name to Snickers.

nope. there are peanuts in a snickers bar & it's not shaped anything like a marathon bar. marathon bars are only braided caramel coated in chocalote.
