Subject: "I'm a sole survivah!"
What WAS that game called that was played with marbles and you pulled out slats hoping your opponents marbles fell through and not yours? I remember having the game and I remember the commercial. There's a group of kids playng it and the kid who won says (in kind of a Jersey accent) "I'm a sole suvivah!" I still quote that line and nobody knows what the frick I'm talking about! What game was that?

I think you're talking about "Kerplunk". I had that as a kid in the 70's! Unfortunately, my little brother used to keep breaking the sticks! >:(

Nope, that wasn't it. It was a square plastic board with slides all around the sides. Kerplunk seems to have the same concept without the fancy board. I'll check those sites out! THANKS!!!! :D

Ok, you've really got me thinking now. I have e-mailed time-warp toys to see if they know of the game. Will get back to you if I get a reply.

That's the Game - Kerplunk! I loved it and I totally remember what you are saying. We had this...I wonder if it's still at my parents' house?

Oh man. I remember this, even in Britain post 1993. I THINK it's a Mattel creation. Just so long as you make sure you haven't got something to set it on fire... ;D
