Subject: Mulligan Stew
Remember this nutritian series at your school in the 70s? There were educational charts, filmstrips, films, etc. that focused on the four food groups (before the food pyramid) with a cast of characters whose names now escape me. I remember being introduced to the "no-bake cookie" through Mulligan Stew, circa. 1973 (?).

I remember that show. I remember having the lyrics to some of the songs from the show, but for some reason I didn't have an album (only the lyrics, hmmm? Who knows why?)
Anyway, one day after school I was singing/screaming the Mulligan's Stew theme song at the top of my lungs, I had NO idea what the tune was so I was just making it up as I went along, and the mailman came to the front door. I was so embarrassed! I still remember that moment vividly.
::)

I remember singing it so much that my older brother would threaten to smack me, but I can not for the life of me remember how it went now. My brother probably does. :)

"4..4..3..2..That's the formula for me & you.." I also remember this from the 70's. My school even used it in the 80's.

Thanks for the reminder 80s_cheerleader! I'll be sure to sing it for my brother... Leave it to a cheerleader to remember something like that! ;)

Oh... should I say "I'm glad I could help"?
Or should I ask "Please forgive me"? LOL :)
