Really, really appreciate ANY info on a 1977-1979(??) song.  It goes something like

Please help!  I sing the song in my mind every day.  Title, a-n-y info would be great!!!

It's called "The Hourglass Song" and it was sung by Robby Benson in the 1973 movie Jeremy. I doubt there's a soundtrack available. It was a pretty bad film.
