Does anyone remember the Shark Interview song from the 70's or 80's????

yeah, it's from the 70s....it's called Mr. Jaws but I can't remember who did it....the interviewer asked the questions and the answers were all snippets of popular songs....

It's by Dickie Goodman. But beware when looking for 45's of it! There's the original version that uses snippets of Olivia Newton-John's "Please Mr. Please" and Glen Campbell's "Rhinestone Cowboy" and then there was a later version that uses rerecorded versions of those songs done by somebody else…

Thanks for the help!! No one knew the name of the song or artist. I just downloaded it and listened to it (finally!!) I've been trying to find this song for years!! I have to admit, it did not quite live up to idealized memory from the age of about 13 or so, but it is still amusing!

It's good to see someone happy. I think this is one of those songs that Australia had missed out on. (it's not that we have no sense of humour or something)
