What is the best car in the 70's, I want to see some pics too.
I haven't seen a lot of car from the 70's.

Well I like the:

Dodge Dart

1970 Chevelle SuperSport

1970 Dodge Super Bee

1970 Porsh 917

1975 Jaguar Xj12C

Edited because the pics were too big. ChuckyG suggests placing links to where the pics can be viewed without slowing down page load-up for those who may have slow connections.  :)

I liked my dad's lemon-yellow 1969 Pontiac Tempest. It had all plastic interior, 2 doors, and a rubber dome. The 1976 Plymouth Fury Salon ran pretty good---until I started to drive it. >:(

Please! As much as I'd like it not to be, my goshdarn slow modem can't handle these beautiful cars. Can we cut down on the pics, please? I don't wish to be rude, just considering us slowbies.

My ex-brother in law had 2 identical 79 mustang cobras..the pace car..great cars.

My first car was a 79 Pontiac Phoenix.  I hated that car, but had to admit is was perfect for me.  Heck, I ran that thing out of oil with no problems.  It was a four door and I could fit alot of people in it.  That car is probably still alive...even though it had 102,000 miles on it when I dumped it 12 years ago. :-/

My first car was a XC ford falcon. It was an ex-police car and an ex-taxi. It cost me $900 australian dollars and lasted me 5 years. How I miss her.

Late-'70s Lincolns.  But I'm a little biased since I was raised on them.  And I've always had special affection for cars since I was a real little kid.  Every 1 just about has become my personal pet.  (Gave up 1 of my pets the other week   :(, for a brand new 1.   8))

I LOVE my '79 TC.  Love at 1st sight on that dealer back-lot when I was a kid, and still love it as it sits rusting away on our driveway, that handsome devil.   :-[
But I'll get it tuned before the 25-yr min. age.

I'd put a pix in but don't have any rite yet.  Would have to search.

Great choices!

I had a 1974 Dodge Charger, white over black, with black interior. It's a little metal cube now... :'( (Long sad story)

The Corvette Stingray is an absolutely gorgeous car - I'd love to own one someday...

My choice?  Of the cars built in the 70s that I've owned, one stands out: the Hillman Imp
