Subject: unusual lyrics part whatever
Well, since I'll probably never be eligible to do another 20 questions ever again... ::)
I will fall back on "unusual lyrics." For those who may be new here, this concept was started by FBVP and features a unique word which quite possibly is found in only one song (or at least only one song in the featured decade).
This quiz will contain one unsusual word, one unusual place and one unusual phrase (three separate songs). The songs in question were all out in different years.
1. illuminated
2. St. Paul
3. language barriers

i thought i had number one... on van morrison's "common one" album, the title track contains:
Oh my common one with the coat so old
And the light in the head
Said, daddy, don't stroke me
Call me the common one.
I said, oh, common one, my illuminated one.
Oh my high in the art of sufferin' one.
unfortunately, van morrison put out the album in 1980... gah..

3. "I'm Just a Singer (in a Rock and Roll Band)" by Moody Blues

That's correct Gambo! :)
That was 1973, so the other two songs will not be from that year.
