In the early 70's a soul girl group put out a song that was popular on Hawaii airwaves locally. No one remembers it but I'm still haunted by the repetitive melody. I don't believe this was the song issued by the Love Unlimited Orchestra nor the much earlier Jimmie Rogers tune. "TLC, TLC, TLC, TLC....." The group sounded similarly to the Three Degrees but I can't find anything by them that lyrically comes close. Can anyone help? Thanks! ???

Finally found a copy of this 45 on Tamla Records (subsidiary of Motown) by an artist named P.J. The song is, in fact, entitled "T.L.C. (Tender Loving Care)" from 1971.
It was well worth the wait and effort to replay this song that has so long been stuck in my head!
