Well, in New York anyway.
New York's highest court just ruled that Harv’s trial was unfair because the judge allowed testimony from alleged victims who were not party to the case at hand, prejudicing the jury against Harv.

While he’ll be released from the New York slam, they’re gonna send him to California where he was also convicted for his shenanigans.

The other witnesses were still under oath & testifying he did much the same thing to them as to the complainants actually on the docket - that's not "prejudicial" (i.e. coming prior to the judicial process), but actually part of the process. If they'd been chatting off the record to the jury before the trial, perhaps. But under oath seems perfectly reasonable testimony.
They didn't use that testimony to increase the sentence as though more (uninvestigated) crimes had been committed; if the defence is allowed character witnesses, this is pretty much the same as that in reverse, right?

Yes. It appears that he is in ill health. Much like Ron Jeremy took a bad turn of health when he went into the slam.
By the way, Harv’s retrial in New York is set for September.

It's not looking good for Harvey Weinstein, unfortunately, it's the end for him.
