Why would they think that this was a good idea? Good Times was a black family struggling to survive in Chicago and it ran from 1974-1979 and then you take a raunchy version and put your spin on it, I may watch it but I won't like it.

He did last year for an animated feature called Urkel Saves Santa: The Movie.  He doesn't quite have the same Urkel voice as he did all those decades ago, but it's ok

The Jeffersons also had a short-lived spin-off in 1981 called Checking In.  All in the Family had a continuation series called Archie Bunker's Place, which had a spin-off called Gloria.  There was also a short-lived show in the 90s called 704 Hauser which centered on a black family who moved into the Bunker's house after Archie sold it
