TV talk show phenom Wendy Williams has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD), the same ailment as Bruce Willis. :\'(

I had a former co-worker who had FTD. It can be a devastating situation. :-\\

Is that the same thing as regular dementia?

It usually occurs earlier, and the symptoms can be quite severe in terms of personality changes.

I still remember the episode of her show where she passed out. That alone was kind of scary

When I was a kid I had orthostatic hypotension. Which means my blood pressure would drop if I stood up quickly.
One Sunday as an altar boy at church, when I rose after kneeling, I hit the floor like a sack of potatoes. :o ;D
