A California judge granted The Hedgehog’s request to be placed in a private residence to receive “round the clock medical care” after “no medical facility will take him,” according to an email obtained by the Los Angeles Times.

Los Angeles County Deputy Dist. Atty. Paul Thompson shared the email with Jeremy’s victims, explaining that his “medical condition has deteriorated to the point that he is essentially bedridden.” In February, the skin flick icon was committed to a state mental hospital in California after Superior Court Judge Ronald Harris ruled that Jeremy was not competent to assist in his defense.

The DA went on to say “ According to them, he is ‘practically bedridden’ and does not have the ability to leave a residence. We expressed concern that even if that is true, he could assault caregivers, which he has allegedly attempted to do at other facilities. The judge said the public guardian is responsible for that and could hire male caregivers and overruled our objection," the office said. ;D
