Yes, that’s true, but it isn’t quite the same as a place that specializes in them. Still, I know they can be purchased at a number of different locations. O0

I remember going there during The mid 90's.

I wonder what's going to happen to Party City in Canada. Because Party City is inside every Canadian Tire Store in Canada.
