Not a celebrity. Long story about when I met Jamie but initially did not know who they were. Wasn’t till the next day that my boss and I were talking  and I realized who the person was.

I no longer work with Jamie but they were not pretentious at all. One of my coworkers is a HUGE Britney fan and was always trying to angle her way into meeting Britney through Jamie. But it never came to pass.  :\'(

Let’s just say that if the accusations of profiteering were correct, the living quarters would have not been as modest as I observed, and working your basic 8-to-5 would not have been in the picture. It’s why I was a bit surprised to learn the next day the connection as there were only first names mentioned in my initial meet-up.

I’m not going to go into details in terms of “who or where”, as there’s all sorts of unfounded speculation out there.  But what I will say is my experience was with “average people” who, if they were doing all the abusive things we read about, would not have given me or my unglamorous company the time of day.

And one other thing… Britney’s name NEVER came up. If these people were the leeches that the news reports would have you think, they’d be lording her name over everybody they met, trying to impress us. Nothing could be further from the truth, at least in my experience.
