The Federal Trade Commission has launched an investigation as to what’s up with the ice cream machines at Mickey D’s, which seem to be perpetually out of order. :\'(

Franchise owners just seem to want their ongoing ice cream issues to be resolved, one way or another. "We are tired of being the butt of late night jokes," the National Owners Association wrote in a May message to McDonald's owners. "So are our customers and crews."

THAT'S why they want the machines fixed?? So they are not the "butt of late night jokes"? Nothing about providing good service to their customers? McDonald's IS a total joke and has been for years. Anybody who eats there gets what they deserve. One of the things America REALLY needs to wake up about is places like McDonald's. The obesity epidemic will not end itself.
