With technology I should also add Instacart and restaurant delivery/pick-up services (DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, etc).

That's not an exclusively 2020s thing though because it was around all throughout the 2010s. The OP said to list things that are exclusively 2020s.

That's the new thing people are doing nowadays, people are eating in more and ordering from pick-up services.

I thought it included things that became more popular this decade. In that case there isn't much other than the PS5, foldable phones, and anything related to the pandemic.
With pop culture, there's Tiger King, Queens Gambit, and Big Sky to name a few that premiered this decade. For music I would say Doja Cat, Megan Thee Stallion, and Roddy Ricch but they were technically around in the late 2010's.

THE MANDELORIAN. Every single kid in America has a baby yoda doll. This series will most definitely be looked back as a hardcore early 2020s thing. I know it came out in 2019 but this is definitely a early 2020s trend as it's the hottest show out right now. Equivalent to what GoT was in the '10s.
