Well, I would be in the path, but it would be a post-tropical cyclone at that point, so I'll be safe. But man, Laura is a massive storm, and it's the strongest to hit the Louisiana coast on landfall in modern history. I hope people got out of Laura's path safe. :\'(

My thoughts exactly. I saw it on the news last night, and the people reporting on it said it was supposed to make landfall early this morning (Central Time).

And tomorrow will be the 15th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, which caused massive damage in the Louisiana area. :-[

And this October will mark 8 years since Superstorm Sandy. :(
