Subject: Bill Cosby - Vindication May Be Near

In a highly unusual, move, the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has agreed to hear an appeal in the case of legendary comedian/actor, and Philadelphia favorite son, Bill Cosby.

It is unusual for the PA Supreme Court to hear anybody’s appeal. In the vast majority of appeals, the court simply tells the petitioner “no thanks” and that’s that.
The court will hear arguments that since the prosecutors originally granted Cosby criminal immunity in a civil case involving the same incident, the subsequent prosecution should be prohibited. Cosby probably has a fair chance on that count.
A hearing date has not yet been set due to the COVID thing, but conceivably next year, Bill could be out there hawking Jell-O once again.

They better have a good reason for listening to his appeal. I hope they aren't giving him another chance just because he's a celebrity. That's not what equality before the law is about. :-\\

He's a disgrace. There's no way to redeem him after years of drugging and raping women.
And it's sad, too. Little Bill from the Nick Jr. block was one of my favorite shows growing up.
