Subject: High-wire acrobatics on closed cable cars in Switzerland

Cable cars and ski lifts in the Alps may have ground to a halt – but this has provided an unusual opportunity for some daredevils in Switzerland. Acrobats performed some amazing stunts on high wires of the Glacier 3000 lifts, which would normally be busy with visitors. Among them was Swiss acrobat Freddy Nock, who balanced, blindfolded, on the carrying cable of a cable car during an event to mark the full reopening of the facilities at the weekend.
