I remember the first one. I was in first grade and we planted something-I think it was a tree. (Oh crap. I just dated myself again. >:( )

Haha I remember that when I was in high school. A guy who worked at our school planted a tree for earth day. We had already long since joked he looked a lot like John Denver.

It could still be like that next month, who knows.
People can still do what they can to celebrate, even if it means doing something privately.
