Remember when we needed blocks in our pockets to use the internet?
Remember when games looked like CGI movies?
Remember when guys wore those ridiculous fade haircuts that looked like paintbrushes?
Remember when a former reality TV star got elected president?

Realizing we’re 10 years away from having 20 year old videos of 2010 on YouTube in good quality is crazy. The 80s are close to become a grandparents decade.

Exactly, come to think of it. Some people who were teenagers in the 80s are grandparents now.

I was starting to be a teenager in 1987 but I'm not a grandparent at all.

I still have a hard time accepting that the 1980s are retro
Seems like they ended just a few years ago
1990 to today feels like it all happened recently.

I’ve met people who were in they’re 20s and teens in the 80s who are already grandparents. In fact my aunt is one of them

My mother was in her 20s throughout the entire 1980s decade and she is a grandmother now.

Then again who is it going to feel weird too ? For someone born in 2018 the world will always seem that way as in the 2010s being retro
