Anyone else excited for the ‘10s nostalgia threads?

Seriously, all of the negativity in this board about “the 2010s suck for fashion/music/games/technology/hair/girls aren’t like girls,” whatever. In a few years from now, this board is going to be plastered, I mean really filled to the brim with, “Anyone else getting nostalgic for 2010s music/clothes/movies/TV/gingers?”

I originally came to this forum because I was interested in discussing deep dives into the nature of contemporary pop culture, not just constantly complaining about it.

I don't know if I am excited for the mid 2020s they seem so far away now. Let's try to make it through the early '20s first and take it day by day. I hope it's relatively okay.

Seriously though I can see me being nostalgic for parts of the mid 2010s, the good parts. Because I'm already nostalgic for some music and trends from the mid 2010s, but only some. And I will NEVER be nostalgic for the early 2010s, or the late 2010s for that matter (except personal life wise for parts of the late 2010s). The early 2010s though for both culture and personal life can stay in hell and not be thought of again lol.

Yeah, I think the mid 20's will be more nostalgic for around the late 00's, and then the late 20's will be have nostalgia for the early 10's.

I also came to this forum to analyze contemporary pop culture instead of just criticizing it. I think a lot of people don't realize how strong of a rose coloured glasses they're putting on. No era was perfect, and no, the past was not better. In the future everyone will be nostalgic for the 2010s - it WILL happen, and those people saying the 2010s is the worst decade since the 1940s will sound completely ridiculous. I bet in the 2020s we'll have new problems and those same people will be complaining and saying 'at the least the 2010s weren't this bad' Many people are incapable of enjoying the present moment until it's long gone; that's sad to think about.

Yep. There's a part of me that's gonna miss the 2010s. I can tell there's a dam holding back the 2020s and it's about to break.

You already know the threads on here during the mid 2020s is gonna be about how terrible things have gotten.

Nazis have always been around since its inception as a small, extremely underground white-supremacist subculture that sometimes bleeded through other extreme subcultures (like the skinheads in the 1980s or black metal in the 1990s).
