Turns out they are not liquidating. They are filing Chapter 11 which means they are “taking a break” so to speak, from their debt payment obligations.
Nevertheless they plan to close 178 stores.
Teens will now have a hard time finding hip clothing. :\'(

I knew this was coming because I got email from them non-stop about massive 50% off sales.
