Looks like embattled actor Kevin Spacey is off the hook not only on a civil lawsuit that was filed against him, but also in criminal court. This was all outfall from the now somewhat-diffused “Me Too”.

Seems that the accuser (a dude) is now refusing to testify at the trial, citng his rights under the 5th Amendment of the United States Constitution. In a separate matter, his lawsuit against Spacey was dismissed with prejudice (meaning it cannot be refiled).
There are allegations that the accuser destroyed cell phone evidence that, one imagines, would have been exculpatory for Spacey. It was these allegations that led to the dismissal of the lawsuit and his refusal to testify in a case that he himself had brought.
I wonder if R Kelly and Harvey Weinstein will see similar developments? ???
