Celebrated Hollywood figure Cuba Gooding Jr. has surrendered to the NYPD cops. He faces charges of shoplifting the pooty groping a women back on Sunday.

Video of the ‘incident’ is now out on the ‘net. The video shows a rather bizarre scene. Cuba does appear to get a little handsy with the accuser, but it is not clear whether or not it rose to the level of inappropriate groping. ???

The accuser continued to stick around and chat with Cuba and his companion. Meanwhile, some other dude shows up and starts grinding his crotch in everybody’s faces. Where I come from, that dude woulda been flattened.
