Additionally, there are now G-Men working on the Kelly case. Apparently the Feds are building a case that R violated the Mann Act, which would put him in company with Charlie Manson :o, who was convicted of the same offense well before the Tate-LaBianca murders.

And an update:  R was arrested by the Chicago PD yesterday evening.

He was "cuffed and stuffed" but will probably get released on bond after an arraignment hearing Saturday.

I read that if convicted, he could receive a jail sentence of 3 to 7 years on each count.  :o

Yet another update. The Chicago judge set R's bond at a cool $1,000,000.

In addition to the testimony of the alleged victims, the prosecutors also presented alleged evidence of R's alleged DNA detected on the alleged victims' alleged clothing.

For another victim, the acts are allegedly on videotape, including both the alleged Vic and R acknowledging that the alleged Vic was only allegedly 14 at the time.

R is now in an Illinois slam after allegely stiffing hs ex-wife out of $161k in past due child support.  :o

Apparently if you are more than $20k behind in child support payments in Illinois, that is considered a felonious crime.
