Yesterday yet another sordid chapter of the Harvey Weinstein saga came to light.

Apparently another woman is suing him for allegedly, uh, "doing stuff" both to her and himself during a job interview.  8-P

The lawsuit alleges that Harv claimed that he allegedly partied with Jennifer Lawrence. Jennifer is allegedly quoted at denying this, saying that she only interacted professionally with Weinstein.

The District Attorney's Office on Tuesday said DiGaudio told an accuser to delete cell phone messages prior to turning her phones over to authorities. This action could impact three of the five counts Weinstein is currently facing: predatory sexual assault and rape in the first and third degrees.
DiGaudio is now the subject of an internal NYPD investigation and has been removed from the Weinstein case. He has not responded to CNN's request for comment.
"These issues undermine the fundamental integrity of the judicial process," Brafman told CNN.
"This case is falling apart because it is a fundamentally bad case and bad cases eventually fall apart even when law enforcement officials try and stack the deck against the accused."

The woman, prosecutors said, told the detective in February that Weinstein had offered them money to flash their breasts during the restaurant encounter. They initially declined but Evans later told her she had gone ahead and exposed herself to the film producer in a hallway.

The woman also told the detective that sometime after Evans' office meeting with Weinstein, she had suggested what happened was consensual. Weinstein had promised to get her an acting job if she agreed to perform oral sex and she agreed.





No doubt he is a creep and did messed up things, However lets not act like some people didn't sleep with him to get roles, as the case is showing.
I live in Los Angeles and I can tell you for a fact many people are sleeping around for roles. Harvey is a POS, but some of the people who have been
caught by the NYPD lying are as well.

I'm fairly sure there are laws prohibiting providing employment as a quid pro quo for doing the nasty.
