That’s a trademark, not a patent.

That’s a trademark, not a patent.
Usually a patent is for an invented item?

A patent covers a process, mechanism, or invention. It’s stuff like chemical processes, mobile software, medical devices, stuff like that.
Trademarks cover logos, phrases, the shapes of Coke and Pepsi bottles, and sometimes even sounds and smells.
Copyrights are for creative works, which is pretty broadly defined, from musical compositions and novels to the Yellow Pages.
