Once venerable purveyor of everything, Sears Roebuck, is reportedly getting ready to finally throw in the towel.

Looks like Sears will be relegated to the dustbin of retail, as happened to Monkey Ward's, Zayre, Chess King, Fashion Bug, Woolworth's, G.C. Murphy's, Handy Dan's, Builders Square, and Gimbel's. :\'(
