A critique of your list. Please don't take it personally.
1. CGI- Naw...2010s has great CGI compared to the 90s when it got popular.
2. Social Media- Definitely. It might have swung a global important election.
3. Crazy Trends - Every decade has those.
4. Electropop and Trap - Why not? Most of us associate new wave and hair metal with the 80s. I think it's possible electropop will be thought of like new wave.
5. Donald Trump - I can't wait to look at high school history books and read about the transition from Obama to Trump.
6. Marvel Movies - Probably. It's possible the MCU hasn't even truly reach the pinnacle of it's power and popularity. The 2010s might even end up being seen as the beginning era of the MCU,
