Subject: Looking for the name of a 2012 TV show

Hello people, I just rememberred a billboard ad for an upcoming TV series. I think maybe it was a reality series. It was a summer 2012 premiere here (so it might've been from 2011 or 2012). But all I remember from the billboard is an American woman with blonde hair with a huge smile and sitting, surrounded by dark-ish background. She had huge platform shoes and her dress was shiny, I think it was glittery sth, the color was most likely white, pink, or maybe gold (I was mostly looking at her legs :P). I Googled "2012 riality debuts" to no avail. Could've been a reality show or a sitcom. Does it ring any bells?
