Word on the news wires is that he will be charged for various sexual assault offenses in the state of New York, and is planning on surrendering.

I just read the formal charges.
He is charged with rape, committing a criminal sexual act in the first degree, and rape.

Well if they ended up as cellmates, they could work on a prison "buddy Flick" that they could make after the both get out of jail.

Hard to tell. What they should do is to prosecute them one by one.
That way if Harv skates on a case, the cops still have plenty more cases in the hopper to take to trial.
