Subject: Ed Hardy Clothing - Is it Making a Comeback?

I was at the mall today and saw quite a few people sporting Ed Hardy "douchewear". I thought that fad was over.

Is it back in style? ???

It never went out of style where I live.  But due to the fact we are shifting back to a more conservative, alpha-male oriented pop culture, I think there is a good chance we could see a resurgence of Ed Hardy and Affliction.

God, I hope not. Granted I HATE all the hipster/metrosexual styles that currently dominate men's fashion. However I also HATE Ed Hardy clothing, with it's dudebro aesthetic. It's like we have to pick from one end of the extreme to the other when it comes to men's fashion nowadays. There were far more choices in the 80s, 90s, and even 00s.

It has its value. Nothing says "douche approaching" quite like Ed Hardy, Christian Audigier, Affliction, etc.  Throw in a pair of steampunk goggles and you got the whole package headed your way - to avoid.  ;D

I literally haven't seen anyone wear Ed Hardy since high school.
