Subject: Those born in 2004-2006
Written By: Star Struck on 03/22/18 at 2:31 am
Can you believe by next year in 2019, those born in 2004-2006 will be 13-15. And by 2020, those born in 2004-2006 will be in high school together. That means by 2020, more than half of the 2000s babies will have become teenagers! Oh my god I feel kind of old just hearing that. What do you guys think? Does that make you feel old? Are you excited to see more 2000s babies from the later 2000s join this forum?

It's alright, I guess because I was a kid for the whole decade I don't mind seeing them growing up (plus my sis is from 2005!), maybe less so with people born in the late-2000s because it seems like yesterday.
2010s borns are really the ones who gonna creep me out when they will hit teenagerhood.

Having a two cousins who were born in 2011 and 2014 yes it would feel weird.

While I'm only 2-4 years older than them, it's still weird to me because it'll be the first time I see teens that I could actually remember being born.

Our youngest user on here was born in June 2005. Yes, she's in the minority, but that is definitely a sign of younger people joining.

I must say with the exception of 7th grade, middle school was terrible and depressing, which is why the 2016-2017 school year was one of the best school years for me because it was the first school year of high school.
High school is pretty good so far, but I would never want to return to middle school.

Personally, 6th & 7th grade sucked ass thanks to growing pains and whatnot, though I won't go into detail about it until another time. 8th grade was a great school year for me, the work was easy, I had great friends, a lot of funny people, events, and fights happened, and it was one of my best school years ever. It was a bitter sweet moment when I had to leave my PreK-8 school.

2004 borns don't make me feel old, and honestly, people born in 2005/06 don't make me feel 'that' old either, I usually just compare it to when I was their age and think of people I knew who were 5-7 years older than me at the time.
They definitely feel way younger than me, it's just that I consider myself to be young as well, just not quite as young as them. :P
On more 2000's babies joining, I wouldn't mind, it's kind of cool to see more of them joining. :)

I hated middle school. The kids were so obnoxious. I had a 7th grade reading teacher who was the nicest teacher ever until one day the class wouldn't shut up even with our teacher asking us politely to calm down. Well, for about 5 minutes, she turned red and started shouting. From that day, it was bye bye misses nice teacher. It sucks too because the students who actually were well-behaved didn't deserve to have a nice teacher turn mean.

Yeah, I get you. It would be cool, but it's really weird to think about as I have a lot of little cousins born 2010-15, and it would probably weird me out for a while. Still will be cool to see 10's babies thoughts and opinions on things, but it will be weird talking online to people born during my pre teen/teen years though as everyone younger than me that I've talked to online so far was born when I was a child.

Man, in the next 10 years-- we're going to be seeing a lot of adults born in the 2000's. This year's the first with the 2000 babies. It'll sure be interesting to see how they are-- and how they'll add to the economy, maybe for the better. :)

It's just the progression of time. That's why they you got to make most of your youth. Before you know it, the next generation is coming and they've pushed you out of the way.

I turn 22 next year! Oh my gosh. When this decade began, I was only 12. Where did the time go! :-[
2010 feels like it was yesterday, sometimes--

Born in 1994?
He could just be January/February '95 and say 15 since he'd basically be 15, I usually say I was 11 when the decade started even though I was technically 10.

94ers are turning 24 this year. So he maybe he's a 95/96er?
He can't be a 1996 born, if he's turning 24 in 2019.
You know what I made a mistake in my math :P. He was born in 1995.
I guess that he was born in early 1995. Unless, he just decided to simplify his age.
I could have simplified and said that I was 11 at the beginning of this decade and I'll be 20 at the end.

I just like to simplify my age :) I was born March 1995, so I turned 15 early in 2010 and turn 24 early in 2019. It seems easier and less tedious that way.

I was almost 17 at the beginning of this decade and will be 26 at the end of it, which doesn't very dramatic ;D
2010 feels like yesterday. :-[ If I shaved my beard, cut my hair short, and slapped butter on my face to give myself pimples, I would look the exact same. I still wear a lot of the same clothes from then. ;D
