Subject: Definitive 10s year.

Which year do you think was the most "10s" year? Personally I think 2013/14 will be remembered as the definitive years of the 10s. You had artists like Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, and Ariana Grande making hits, and the PS4 and the XBOX1 were first released in 2013. There weren't any 2000s leftovers left like in the early 10s, but there weren't any late 10s influences yet. And iconic memes like Harlem shake were popular and Youtube was still mostly a hobby and for fun.

I’m honestly surprised by how many people pick 2014 as the definitive year of the 2010’s. I personally think 2015 is more definitive because that seemed like the first year when trap music was extremely popular. At least from what I can remember, trap music was only getting popular in 2014 and it seemed like the last year where you could easily find songs that weren’t trap.

I find it interesting that everyone is saying '14 or '16 yet hardly anyone says '15 lol :D
