Most likely because these folks were/are popular in the 2000s and today.

I remember Cody Simpson.  He was kind of a Justin Beiber copycat in the early '10s.  He wasn't bad, but he didn't have a lot of staying power and simply got lost in the huge pool of electropop one-hit-wonders that were constantly releasing stuff at the time, especially in 2010 and 2011.

I really liked and still like this song by him, from 2011.

Anyways, if that story about Hilary Duff calling the paparazzi on herself when she goes to town is true, then that's one of the saddest things I've ever read in my life. ;D

I'm not sure if anyone has noticed, but I honestly think Taylor Swift is starting to become irrelevant. Yeah, I know she has a few songs these days; however, I think her peak was in the early 10s and is nowhere near the top as she was a few years ago.

Wonder why they became irrelevent? Not following the latest trends or their work is just getting stale to the audience?

Taylor Swift has not released an album since 2014 that's why you haven't heard from her. It's not that she's not relevent anymore, she still is relevent just not in the spotlight at this moment. She's not releasing any songs at the moment and only has been featured in one. 2015 was her peak (so far, maybe she hasn't reached her peak yet since she didn't come back yet since then). She had so many hits that year constantly playing on the radio and she was like the top pop singer of 2015. Four of her songs went to number one that year. And I'm just guessing on this one but I'm pretty sure 1989 was her top selling album by far.

I'm sure she knows it, but Iggy Azalea is no longer relevant.  :P

The question itself is an irrelevant question because none of the people on the list were ever relevant in the first place.  Not even close. Even in a world of fake celebrities, they were faker than most.

Lots of todays "celebrities" are irrelevant.  All those on the reality shows like The Only Way is Essex and Made in Chelsea and The Real Wives of ...  How the hell did any of them become celebs?
