Subject: All Saints miss out on album top spot
Written By: Philip Eno on 04/15/16 at 12:20 pm
Reformed girl band All Saints have missed out on the chart top spot, with their comeback album Red Flag entering the UK chart at number three. The foursome were beaten by The Lumineers, who scored their first number one with Cleopatra. The US folk-rockers were just 301 sales ahead of Adele's 25, at number two. In the singles chart, Drake landed his first UK number one as a lead artist with One Dance, followed by Sia and Mike Posner at numbers two and three.

I picked up my copy of Red Flag. I wasn't a big All Saints fan back in the day, but they are 50% Canadian Plus, I did enjoy the songs 'Black Coffee' and 'Rock Steady' quite much. I had a crush on Melanie Blatt lol

I love this girl group! They released some of the absolute quirkiest and most memorable songs of the Y2K era, such as these:

I'm glad the former two songs at least attained success in the United States, even though I'm appalled that "Pure Shores" got no chart attention whatsoever, even though Americans knew it through The Beach.
