In my opinion probably 11', just because I had a good time. Most music for me so far has been sub-par throughout. I'd say LMFAO, neon clothes, and shutter sunglasses were probably the height of pop culture so far.

For me I'd say '10 - '13. Mostly due to it being the greatest (and last) times I'd be hanging out with some of my old friends.

Culturally probably 2010 (neon clothes, electropop music, Lady Gaga, Drake, Kesha, Jersey Shore, PS3, Tail end of 'WiiMania', etc.)

Personal Life would be 2014 (graduated H.S, went on my first cruise, working, driving, going to parties :D, started college, etc.)

I think it will take some time for 2015 to grow on me, I've mostly only listened to chart/radio stuff and it's mostly teen pop junk like Justin Bieber and the worst of Taylor Swift (Bad Blood is the first song of hers that I dislike). It will take me a while to find the more underground stuff that was decent.

2010 gave us The Walking Dead too! A lot of that is filmed in my home state!

Even though the gaming industry has gotten really bad in many people's opinions lately, can't take anything away from the excitement of the Kinect and Call of Duty Black Ops.

The show was pretty bad, but the phenomenom was crazy! I feel like Jersey Shore was to us when we were teens, what Pokemon was to us when we were kids.

The main popularity of Jersey Shore was from 2009-2012, when people my age were 13-16, while Pokemon's main popularity was from 1999-2003 when we were 3-7

I always felt the show was more popular with 80's babies though, especially my older sisters. They were the ones keeping up with the show every friday night, while I could care less (except for the first season ;D)

I guess, personally, 2010 and 2013 were the best years of the decade so far.

I say 2010 because it's the year I graduated from high school and started college, and 2013 because I became more social that year and it was fairly minimal regarding s****y things happening.

2015. That year gave us the best music of the decade so far, both alternative and mainstream. It wasn't the marvelous year for films like 2014 was, but popular culture overall was great that year. I notice that 2010s music has been getting more diverse with each passing year. We've evolved from the cutesy and rather bland style of electropop in 2010 to having dance, R&B, indie, rap, Country, adult contemporary, and reggae in 2015. My least favorite years of the 2010's are 2010 and 2012.

In my personal life, I like all of them, but I'm gonna have to go with 2012 as being my most exciting 2010's year so far.

I'll admit that the second half of 2015 was quite an upturn.

I loved the R&B music from both 2010 & 2015. I'm so glad you mentioned 2012 being the best for your personal life. I really enjoyed the movies that came out during that year along with 2013. I think 2011 & most of 2012 were great years for my personal life next to 2014.
