It may be just two T-shirts, but gosh I hope this doesn't take off. There's still a lot of things from the '90s that could be revived. There was so much that was in style back then. Where are the thick wool sweaters? Where are the short skirts? Where are the square-toed shoes? Where are the baggy pants? Flared trousers? Metallic clothing? Bleached hair? Tracksuits? Brown leather jackets? Again, there's a lot of '90s things that could still come back. 2000's fashion never left.

No, it started in 1994. If you look at Green Day and Stone Temple Pilots performances from that year, you'll see bleached hair. It peaked in the mid '90s.

Certain aspects of 2000s fashion is gone.  Emo/scene is out of style as are frosted tips.  You can't wear cargo pants or studded belts anymore.  However, there were certain popular styles in the year 2000 that you can still get by with today.  It's definitely too soon to be trying to revive anything fashion wise from the 2000s.  Basically, if something that was popular then didn't make it to the new decade it was because it was a terrible fad and shouldn't be revived.

It will be understandable to revisit the 2000s in the mid 2020s.  Nostalgia goes in 20 year cycles.  Trying to revive the 2000s already is about as dumb as VH1 airing "I Love the New Millennium" in 2008 before the decade was even over.
