Rich and famous get off lightly don't they...
Six years and one month after assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna, Chris Brown is officially off probation and out of the court system.
The R&B singer tweeted his excitement and thanked God immediately after leaving the L.A. courtroom on Friday afternoon (March 20).
IM OFF PROBATION!!!!!!!! Thank the Lord!!!!!!

Brown previously thanked God in a tweet after being released from jail in June 2014.
Just two months ago, Brown's probation was revoked when the singer traveled without court approval. His probation officer reported Brown hadn't completed his community service, either, but the singer wasn't thrown in jail.
On Friday, Brown's probation officer reportedly told the judge that Brown had satisfactorily completed his community service, getting him off the hook.

I don't think he got too much of special treatment. District Attorneys and Judges these days are most often lazy and take the easy way out with plea bargains.
We'll be hearing about Brown in criminal proceedings again, rest assured.
