The question of who will get the job as the next Bond once Daniel Craig hangs up his tiny blue shorts has been doing the rounds since the length of his contract became public knowledge.
And now, thanks to the Sony hack, of private emails leaked online, the idea of Idris Elba becoming the next Bond has stepped up pace.
Now the actor has had his say - and he's done nothing to deny the rumours.
"Isn't 007 supposed to handsome?" he questioned in a tweet.
"Glad you think I've got a shot! Happy New year people," he added, along with a picture of himself.
Current star, Daniel Craig, is committed to just one more movie.
