It's supposed to give you that "perk" for 5 hours so they say on the small bottle and after it wears off, you start slumping again.

Not really because I was lying on my bed at both these times. I was very tired today because I stayed up late watching the England vs Italy World Cup match.

As of yesterday, these times consisted of a long lunch.

By 2pm you need a short nap.
