Subject: Toddlers and tablets?

Well, in the past few years, I have noticed that more and more toddlers and little kids (under 10) glued to their tablets all day. I understand that it is supposedly an "educational tool," but are we giving these kids too much free reign? I mean, there *was* educational TV that I sometimes watched as a kid, but I spent more time playing outside than watching TV. Now it seems that the electronic and interactive aspects have replaced traditional activities for kids now. Especially since there is never "nothing good on" when you're on the internet.

I think that tablets are part of the zeitgeist of the 2010's

Toddlers and little kids don't need tablets or iPhones. That's just irresponsible.

Yeah. Sadly, it seems to have gone that way. When I was a kid, my highest-tech toy way... I dunno, some battery-operated stuff that moved a little?

If you crush the tablets and mix in a chocolate drink, they go down easier! ;)

If the chocolate drink does not work, try the crushed tablet in/on their food.
