I don't think it's hard to notice. Full beards are a big trend. I'm talking hillbilly beards (possibly inspired by Duck Dynasty?) and those handlebar mustaches that haven't been popular since the turn of the century. I'm not much of a facial hair person myself, but at least it makes me feel less self-conscious whenever I'm overdue for a shave.  ;)

If a guy has more than a month's worth of growth it's time to shave.  I can't even look at a guy with faccial hair or even find it fun to hug a guy that has a brillo pad on his face.  :(
And before you ask me "who's brillo pad have you been hugging?" let me just say that hugging my dad wasn't all rainbows and sunshine.  ;D
