Twitter has announced, in an almost plausible spoof, that it will now be charging tweeters to use vowels. Consonants are free, and in addition, the social network explains, it will always offer Y for nothing, even when it is used as a vowel. That's led some users to believe they can outwit Twitter ...

At the stroke of Midnight ET, Nickelodeon/Teenick's "The 90s Are All That" block aired what was purported to be the long-lost supposedly-banned episode of Rocko's Modern Life. What we got instead was the "10 minutes of mayonnaise" gag from the "Wacky Delly" episode (one of my favorite episodes)... looped for the entire 30 minute slot (plus commercials):
