Actually she's 27 and why wouldn't she be? 27 is young, women can look good well into their 50s. I don't get this idea that just because a women is older than 21 she's somehow a 'milf' or 'over the hill'. I mean c'mon, women peak in their 30s imo.

Teen pop acts ( shes not a teen) have a shelf life of 4 years before being discarded
that and when you turn 30 your looks start to fade, not everyone tho!!!!

Im friends with her label a&r reps      they are marketing her more agressivly to  a young teen demographic.

I completely disagree. Candace Cameron is 36 and looks way better than she did when she was a teenager. True Carly is a bit old for making that kind of music, but then again so is a 21 year old.

Aren't the 1D guys all about 18, ie the same age as Bieber? And yeah perhaps since fans of teen pop tend to be shallow in their taste, but maybe Carly could go on and make more mature music. Actually her album is quite a bit more mature than the lead song off of it.

No, I didn't want to put 20-22 into the 'teenager category', but it's the early 20s which is mostly different from the mid-late 20s. And the mid-late 20s (my age and slightly older) is just my preference. However, not really the age matters; it's more the behavior. And that varies.

Yes I am haha. And I do think 23 is mid 20s, I feel closer to 25 than I do to 20 for sure. I turn 23 on 16 January so in reality I'm almost mid 20s.

I agree too that women from 23-34 or so are most attractive overall, especially when you consider their minds are more mature. 18 and 19 year old girls may be beautiful but they're immature and I imagine most of them would grate the nerves after a while, and women in their 20s and 30s imo aren't any less beautiful.
